Martha Ries Memorial Ethics and Service Award honors former Dow Corning Ethics and Compliance Officer, Martha Ries. It is awarded to the player who exhibits highest ethics on and off the court and unselfish service to the tennis community in Midland and the World.

The Larry Reed "Most Promising Newcomer" Award

Awarded annually to the player who best exemplifies the promise of the Dow Tennis Classic. The former CEO of Dow Corning Corporation, avid tennis player, and USTA umpire, Larry Reed, was instrumental in the growth and development of the Dow Tennis Classic. This memorial award recognizes a player who has shown outstanding promise early in their professional career.
